we could sneak away
to a peaceful setting
just us two--
time to reflect
to take in nature's beauty
to talk and laugh
(just me and you).
My soul craves
the gift
of nature's beauty--
but the gift would be
all the BETTER
to explore, to see
if only YOU were here

could share it with me!
